Release Form

By signing below, I release and hold harmless the Black America Pageantry System ("Pageant"), its agents, and employees from any liabilities or responsibilities related to my participation in the pageant or any Black America division, including personal injury or property loss, before, during, or after the event.

 I also hereby release myself from rights to any videotaping (sound and/or video), photography, recording, still camera, or motion pictures of the pageant. I understand that I have no sole rights to any of the recordings that I appear in/on, or the future sale thereof.  I hereby agree that my name or any photographs taken of me during the pageant may be used for publication for promotional purposes or in any advertising publicity. By my signature below, I affirm and attest that I have read the rules and regulations of the pageant and hereby covenant to abide by the same.
