MISSION PHILOSOPHY

 

The core of our mission has remained the same....It is our goal to build awareness and pride in the diversity of the Black Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community as well as to create a source to offer Black Gay Entertainers an avenue to compete and service the community on a national platform.

 

Through our Jr division we  strive to mentor young entertainers  concerning the total business of the artform on and off the stage, allowing them to elevate to the next level.
